The parties can proceed with testing, due diligence and commercial discussions around the opportunity.

A clear seller proposal helps potential buyers assess whether an opportunity matches their requirements. Start by identifying the material, approximate quantity, location, known purity and the person authorised to negotiate the sale.
Existing laboratory reports can be submitted for review, but the parties may still require independent testing of the material being offered. Bilex provides gold purity testing and can discuss additional verification where appropriate.
For international transactions, the proposed destination and available commercial documentation should be explained early. Bilex's trade and export support services can be considered separately if further coordination is needed.
Bilex Minerals EA is a licensed mineral dealer in Kenya and Tanzania. We may purchase selected small quantities directly. For larger quantities, we help sellers identify and connect with potential buyers. The applicable arrangement is confirmed before commercial terms are agreed.
Be prepared to establish who owns the material and who is authorised to discuss the proposed sale.
Describe the gold form, approximate quantity and any known or expected specification.
Identify where the material is held and where inspection or testing could take place.
Explain the type of buyer, destination or transaction timeframe being sought.
A useful selling proposal identifies the form of material, approximate gross and net weights, location, known or estimated purity, proposed inspection arrangements and the person authorised to negotiate. Existing assay results should include a sample reference and date. A report from an earlier sample does not automatically establish the composition of a later shipment.
Bilex reviews the material, quantity, location and available supporting information before determining how to assist. We may consider a direct purchase of a selected small quantity or arrange buyer introductions. Testing, documentation and transaction support are discussed according to the agreed arrangement.
Before accepting an offer, compare the buyer's proposed assay basis, payable gold, deductions, delivery point, taxes and fees, and release conditions. Payment-security or escrow arrangements should be reviewed with the appointed bank, licensed payment provider or escrow agent rather than assumed to be guaranteed by an introduction.
A buyer introduction does not guarantee that the buyer will accept the material, the proposed terms or the transaction structure.
Buyer and seller should complete the identity, ownership, documentation, testing and commercial checks appropriate to the proposed transaction. Testing may be arranged through Bilex or another independent laboratory acceptable to both parties.
Bilex reviews the material and proposed terms, then considers whether a direct purchase or an introduction to a buyer is appropriate for the enquiry.
An introduction is not a guarantee of availability, purchase, sale, payment, ownership, licensing, export approval or transaction completion. Each engagement proceeds within a separately agreed scope.
