Independent Verification
Bilex can arrange independent gold testing as part of the buying process, including XRF analysis, Fire Assay, purity testing and complementary bullion verification where appropriate.
A seller introduction is only the beginning of a gold transaction. Before committing funds, buyers should establish who owns the material, where it is held, whether it can be independently inspected and how the proposed purity will be verified.
Bilex can discuss suitable independent gold testing options, including XRF analysis for preliminary composition checks and Fire Assay where representative gold determination is required.
The buyer and seller remain responsible for agreeing commercial terms, payment arrangements and the documentation required for their transaction.
Bilex Minerals EA is a licensed mineral dealer in Kenya and Tanzania. Our gold-buying service primarily connects buyers with sellers. Bilex also purchases selected small quantities directly from gold owners under separately agreed terms.
State whether the requirement concerns bars, bullion, nuggets or another defined form of gold.
Provide an approximate quantity so the enquiry can be compared with relevant seller opportunities.
Include the preferred purity or other material specification where one has already been defined.
Explain the intended destination, transaction timeframe and any important commercial conditions.
A seller introduction does not establish ownership, purity, documentation or the ability to complete the proposed transaction.
Buyer and seller should complete the identity, ownership, documentation, testing and commercial checks appropriate to the proposed transaction. Testing may be arranged through Bilex or another independent laboratory acceptable to both parties.
An introduction or an initial offer does not establish what the gold contains or who has authority to sell it. Before committing funds, establish the seller's legal identity, ownership or authority, the lot's current location, the proposed sampling method and the documents expected before release.
Bilex primarily facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers. Where Bilex separately purchases a small quantity directly, its role as the buyer must be clearly identified. In all cases, the parties should agree on suitable inspection, testing, documentation and payment arrangements before proceeding.
Ask who will take and seal the sample, who receives the assay report, how differences in weight or purity will be resolved, and when payment is due. XRF analysis can help screen suitable material; a representative Fire Assay may be appropriate when the parties require stronger evidence of gold content.
Bilex reviews the buying requirements and identifies seller opportunities that may be relevant. An introduction is considered only where the information provided gives both parties a basis for further discussion.
An introduction is not a guarantee of availability, purchase, sale, payment, ownership, licensing, export approval or transaction completion. Each engagement proceeds within a separately agreed scope.
Bilex does not operate a public gold inventory or offer guaranteed direct sales. Our usual role for buying enquiries is to introduce buyers to relevant sellers. Separately, Bilex may purchase selected small quantities directly from gold owners.
