Testing, Introductions and Transaction Support Have Different Roles
Laboratory testing establishes analytical findings for the material or sample examined. Buyer and seller introductions connect potential counterparties. Transaction support helps coordinate selected commercial and documentary requirements.
One service does not automatically establish ownership, licensing, payment capacity, export authority or the ability of either party to complete a transaction.
Due Diligence Continues After an Introduction
Buyer and seller remain responsible for deciding which identity, ownership, regulatory, financial and legal checks are appropriate to their transaction.
Testing can be arranged through Bilex or another independent laboratory acceptable to the parties. Payment, transfer and final commercial terms remain subject to separate agreement.
